International Projects
One of the focal points of our work is the development of international partnerships and projects. We establish these primarily through personal contacts, create exchanges and can also provide financial support for project ideas. Our aim is to give projects the opportunity to get off the ground so that they can become independent after 1-2 years.
Rwanda - Oasis of Nations School
In 2021, Heartbeats launched a potato cultivation project together with the Oasis of Nations School in Rwanda to help build a primary school.

IAED (Initiative for the support of children in difficult circumstances) is an NPO in Burundi. It is resolutely committed to strengthening social cohesion.

Billy Mbonyingingo makes professional short films that show people from Burundi with their personal stories and dreams.
South Africa - Bridging Gaps
The partnership with Bridging Gaps e.V. has been in place since 2016. They support activities to overcome prejudices and social inequalities.
